All Caps are made with the 4RW nose design in conformance with RWMA standards.

• Replaceable male Caps are designed for a 4RW electrode taper. Can be used on multiple different squeeze type resistance spot welders models for many different manufactures. All caps are stamped with TA-24-TUFF. The caps work great on Pro Spot PHS-100, PHS-101, PR-2000, i4, i4s models. They are designed to work on the PS-403 X-adaptor or C to X adaptor arm.
• Most electrodes consist of two pieces, a shank and a replicable cap. The two part electrodes offer major economic value because the cap can be discarded when worn out and simply replaced with a new cap. This also allows the welder owner to keep a smaller supply of electrode inventory because all nose designs will fir the same size shank.
• Innovative Tools & Supplies has packaging designed to work best for any technician use. Packaging is in a clear tube that has quick removable caps, this allows the product to be easily taken out of tube without spilling and re-capping for later use.
